My first book , and my first illustrations :-) , so this book will always remain very very special to me....Thanks to Pratham books !!
As I type this, I am holding a copy in my hand, and it is like "WOW... this is some dream come true" !!!
The book has been lovingly translated by Pratham, and is also available in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada & Telugu.Get your copy from a bookstore or visit Pratham book's e store.

  1. Dear Anupama,
great to share this achievement !
Congratulations !! I like your passion to share stories with children. If we let them dream, they will be more creative when they grow up.

We plan to come over to India in sept-oct (if all works well ...) and visit Divya Shanthi school in B'lore, Arunanchala Village School in Tiruvannamalai and Hope Foundation School in Tharangambadi.
It would be nice if we could buy your books in English and Tamil to give to the school libraries.
    Can you organize this ?

    Warm regards, Alexius Collette

  3. Congrats on your new book being published!

Couldn't help reading Alexius' comment. It would be lovely if you and your friends did a storytelling session in your cities/localities. For example, a member of our community did this for one of our books : http://poornimasardana.wordpress.com/2012/03/07/in-the-name-of-storytelling/.
